# Claim and Unstake

Navigate to ‘Unstake’ on Loopfi, and claim your DF staking rewards in the form of pDF and LPF rewards by clicking on ‘Claim’. After the transaction is confirmed, you will be able to see DF token and LPF token in your wallet.

Enter the amount of pDF token you would like to unstake and click on ‘Unstake’ to continue. After the transaction is confirmed, you will be able to see pDF token in your wallet.

You can expand the menu by click on ‘Advance’ at the bottom right-hand corner, by click on ‘Exit’, you will exit from dForce staking and have all staked pDF returned to your wallet.

Also, you can click on ‘Process’ to claim DF staking rewards in the form of pDF from dForce and have them distributed to all pDF holders. ***Please note you need to pay gas expense to trigger the process, but you will also be rewarded with DF token.***
