# Deposit and Stake

Navigate to ‘Stake’ on Loopfi, and enter the amount of DF token you would like to stake (you can click on ‘Max’ to stake all). Click on ‘Deposit & Stake’ to continue. If this is your first time using the platform, you will have to approve your token for use. After the transaction is confirmed, you will be able to see pDF in your wallet at 1:1 ratio for your staked DF.

You can expand the menu by click on ‘Advance’ at the bottom right-hand corner, scroll down to the bottom and click on ‘Process’ to deposit pooled DF tokens into dForce. ***Please note you need to pay gas expense to trigger the process, but you will also be rewarded with DF token.***
